How to Order



HOW TO ORDER
WHOLESALE ORDERING:
Please download our ORDER SHEET
and fill it in with your order information.
Then scan it and EMAIL to: info@coastalcruzin.com

Thank you for ordering our Coastal Cruzin’ and UrgentSea products. Each order is a CUSTOM order produced to meet your specific needs. We want you to be happy with your custom order so feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.
- Minimum wholesale order quantity 36 pieces per DESIGN (you can mix garment sizes, styles and colors).
- Retail tax will be charged unless we have a Reseller Permit from you - please email a copy of your reseller permit to: info@coastalcruzin.com
- Name Drop available - 1 color, $30 first time set-up per location (front/back or both) added to a design print. Name imprint is free after set-up costs.
- Usual turnaround time for orders is 3-4 weeks. We will do our best to make sure your order is filled as accurately as possible, although there may be times when a size is substituted due to availability issues. We will contact you for updates if there are any availability concerns or time delays.
- Please use this Order Sheet along with the information in our Catalog to complete your order. For larger orders, copy another order form and email or fax us with your multiple page order. If you prefer, call or email us to ask questions or to place your custom order.
- Personal Delivery may be available to your Puget Sound or Olympic Peninsula location and is an option that could save you money in shipping. Please ask us if delivery is available to your location.
- Contact us regarding very large orders (500 plus) as there may be cost discounts available.
RETURN POLICY:
As each order is a custom order and may have information that is specific and unique to you, we cannot accept returns of merchandise unless there are damaged goods or inaccurate orders sent to you. If there is either damage or inaccuracies (other than a few size substitutions), please contact us and we will either replace those items or refund you if replacement isn’t a viable option.
You will be contacted by EMAIL to verify your final order information and to give you final payment
TOTALS (including shipping or delivery). Payments are handled via PayPal a secure online way to pay using your Debit or Credit Card. If you prefer you may send a business check to:
